Account Manager :

An Account Manager is a team player with the drive, ambition and self motivation to meet and exceed business objectives. Individuals in this role have regular interaction with key clients.
Successful Account Managers apply a pro-active, methodical and innovative working practice. In this advanced role, sales professionals are expected to identify and develop renewable business opportunities. The Account Manager must possess the ability to create and maintain strong client relationships.
LANDMARK Account Managers are provided the opportunity to broaden the foundation of their sales skills through training and career development. With the support of their sales and sales management teams, Account Managers who regularly meet and exceed their revenue targets will be advanced to the role of Strategic Account Manager. 

The ideal Account Manager candidate will possess :
- Professional sales exposure, at least 2-5 years experience.
- A strong consultative selling approach with a proven track record of success.
- The self motivation to individually generate new business and manage existing accounts (up selling and cross selling of deliverables).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. These include enhanced influencing, presentation and professional sales skills
- The desire to work as a member of a success-oriented team
- The confidence to present to senior management within Fortune 1000 companies
- A methodical approach combined with creativity, determination and persistence
- A degree in business or related discipline and professional sales training would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge or experience of selling into one of LANDMARK's specialist market sectors would also be desirable
- All candidates must have written and verbal fluency in Arabic and English.

Strategic Account Manager :
The Strategic Account Manager position is a very stimulating role which requires the use of business acumen, market expertise and superior negotiation skills. Individuals in this senior-level position forge long-term relationships with clients who require integrated and customized growth strategies.

Individuals that excel in the role of Strategic Account Manager are ambitious and goal-oriented. LANDMARK Strategic Account Managers use a blend of tactical and creative sales skills to provide sophisticated and customized sales solutions to clients.

This is a pivotal position in the development of our sales team members. With the support of the management team, Strategic Account Managers may either advance into team management, as a Director of Sales, or into business development, as a Director of Business Development.

The ideal Strategic Account Manager candidate will possess :
- Strong experience with sales, territory management, and lead generation.
- Experience of selling bespoke business to business solutions at a senior level.
- Strong goal attachment.
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to interact with staff members at all levels within the company
- Superior attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive staff issues both confidentially and professionally
